Tomato salad wraps

OH MY GOODNESS!!!! This recipe just popped into my head today... I tried it and WOWZA!!!


INGREDIENTS

3-4 pounds Roma tomatoes, roughly cubed
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 Tbs. Mediterranean Seasoning
1/4 cup roasted garlic
1/4 cup brined Kalamata olives, quartered
2 cups cooked chickpeas, rinsed and drained very well
1 cup cooked black beans, rinsed and drained very well
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup crumbled feta
Romaine lettuce leaves

DIRECTIONS
Combine first 9 ingredients, chill for several hours.
Drain juices from salad into a bowl, blend in yogurt.
Stir yogurt mixture and feta into salad.
serve wrapped in Romaine leave.
